DENISON AVE RENOVATION
Although situated on a lovely lot with ample garden space, the original layout of this Federal home was disconnected from the landscape. Relocating the kitchen and adding a tiered exterior patio connected the first floor public spaces with each other and the outdoors. On the second floor, two full bathrooms were added without reducing the number of bedrooms.
