A popular Mystic, CT dining destination since it opened in 2011, Oyster Club needed both a renovation and expansion to best serve its patrons and staff. A new second floor offers expanded dining space, while a first floor addition creates a larger kitchen and back of house spaces. Existing spaces were altered with an emphasis on creating visual connections across the bar, open kitchen, and dining room. All finishes and fixtures were updated with great attention to making the renovation feel like a natural extension of the original interiors.
